From September through November, on the second and fourth Friday of each month, join us for a Nordic Dinner prepared by a Danish-born chef. Using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the Hakone area, this special course brings together the essence of both Nordic and Japanese food cultures. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with quiet attention to detail, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through simplicity.   Wines and specially selected drinks, curated by Nicolai Bergmann, are also available to complement your meal.   Surrounded by the rich nature of Hakone, dining as the seasons change is an experience like no other. These experiences can only be found in the summer garden, where dappled sunlight filters through the trees and a quiet, emotional atmosphere fills the air. ① Botanical Objects Throughout the garden, discover a series of sculptural objects crafted from natural materials in a variety of forms. Each one handmade, these pieces coexist with the surrounding flowers and forest, radiating a mysterious, one-of-a-kind presence. Enjoy these meticulously crafted, beautifully composed objects — a signature only Nicolai Bergmann could create — throughout the summer break. ② Marketplace Garden Games Five original garden games await you in the Marketplace: ring toss, putting golf, table hockey, bowling, and cornhole. Enjoy a refreshing summer escape at Hakone Gardens, where the air is a little cooler than the city and gently filled with the negative ions of the surrounding forest.　 ① HYDRANGEA SEASON More than 3,000 hydrangea plants, in a rich variety of hues, welcome visitors throughout the grounds of Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens. From pink and blue to white, these hydrangeas slowly shift in color from July through October, revealing a different expression with every visit. The contrast between the lush greenery and the hydrangeas creates scenery unique to summer. As you stroll along the garden paths, discover the subtle differences in color from one bloom to the next. Come experience the vivid world of hydrangeas that only summer at Nicolai Bergmann Hakone Gardens can offer. ② SUMMER WEEKEND BRUNCH — Every Weekend in August Every Saturday and Sunday throughout August, enjoy a brunch created by a Danish-born chef. The garden opens an hour earlier than usual, at 9:00 AM, offering bread, pastries, homemade waffles, and egg dishes — light, Nordic-inspired dishes paired with the unhurried pace of the garden. 紫陽花が輝くシーズンへ

ニコライ バーグマン 箱根 ガーデンズには、3000株以上の様々な色合いの紫陽花が園内で輝いています。 まず園内入口から続く駐車場横には、無数の紫陽花が咲き誇ります。Nicolai Bergmann Flagship Storeの2Fにて実施しているフラワースクールで使用した紫陽花の苗をここで循環利用しています。ピンクやブルー、ホワイトなど多数の色に輝きます。7月には満開を迎えるメインスポットです。   また、NOMU hakone前やメインストリートやウェルカムパビリオン、マーケットプレイスなどでも多数の紫陽花が各所で咲き誇ります。箱根 ガーデンズは、標高が高いので都心部よりも長く紫陽花をたのしむことができ、9月ごろにかけて徐々に色がアンティークに染まっていくのが特徴です。 ぜひ一度、夏の箱根 ガーデンズへお越しください。
