From September through November, on the second and fourth Friday of each month, join us for a Nordic Dinner prepared by a Danish-born chef. Using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the Hakone area, this special course brings together the essence of both Nordic and Japanese food cultures. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with quiet attention to detail, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through simplicity.

Wines and specially selected drinks, curated by Nicolai Bergmann, are also available to complement your meal.
