• Our facility is located at a high altitude within Hakone. Temperatures strongly fluctuate so please come prepared with an appropriate attire.
• The boardwalk is made up of wood chips, please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes.
• Please be careful of your footing; in order to allow visitors to fully enjoy nature as it is, we have left some walkways untouched. Beware that there are many slopes and hills and areas with poor
  footholds.
• Wheelchairs are welcome in the park however, due to the nature of the land, some areas are not accessible. Please contact our
  management center for more details.
• Please be mindful of other visitors and refrain from activities that will disturb the surrounding.
• Note that we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other problems that may occur during the use of our
  facility.
• Removing plants, flowers or any other living organism from the garden is strictly prohibited.
• No fire including bonfires and fireworks are allowed.
• Please be sure to dispose of any garbage in the garbage bins provided in the garden. Disposal of household garbage is prohibited.
• Please do not enter areas with the “No Entry” signs, as well as fenced off flower gardens, flower beds and sculptures.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park.
• Bicycles, unicycles, roller blades, kick-boards, skateboards, etc, are not allowed in the garden.
• Group gatherings, exhibitions, fundraising activities, commercial photography/videography and drone photography are prohibited. Please contact our management center if you require more information.
• Pets are allowed in the garden but not in the cafe. If you wish to use the cafe, please reach out to one of our cafe staff.
